Overall, I am very grateful to the staff working at the counter for allowing me and my friends to check in early. In addition, we were also allowed to leave our luggage in the luggage storage room. The hotel's strategic location allows me to walk to the tourist hotspots and bus station. The hotel has an elevator.

It's quiet and a good price. Transport to central Sophia is easy a quick. Walking to central Sophia is not too far. I've stayed her in 2019 and 2024. It's a hotel that I feel relaxed in and I'll stay again in the future.

Everything was clean and tidy. The room was great, spacious and the beds were comfortable. It also had a fridge which was great.

The communication and instructions to gain entry after hours were great. Easy to get in, super clean, comfortable. only one night but location perfect for an early bus out of Sofia. Will stay again.
