The staff was extremely friendly and kind. We arrived super late at night and they left us the key in a lockbox. The room was squeaky clean and bigger than i expected. It was quiet and had a great view!

The location if you come by car. Amazing atmosphere, wood smell but nice like for a cozy cottage, very clean, comfortable and modern cottage style. The staff on reception very nice both of them in the evening or in the morning.

A great accommodation. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with a spacious terrace (which we didn’t use due to the cold weather). I liked that robes and slippers were provided for the kids for the SPA. The SPA isn’t large, but it’s a good place to relax. Delicious dinner at the restaurant. Great views and outdoor activities nearby.

Nice and clean hotel and SPA located on top of Sophia, at 2000m with great landscape and clean air. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant is very good. You don’t have anything in the surrounding, is isolated, but apparently there is a bus which connects the hotel with the city

The location is excellent, into the forest and on the pick of Vitosha mountain. The views are breathtaking especially from the lobby. Although it was raining most of the time, we really had great time and enjoyed the Spa and the coziness of our room. Great getaway from the city noise. Highly recommended.
