The location was perfect for us, NDK, bars, restaurants and Metro within metres. The room was spacious warm and very comfortable,WiFi worked perfectly and lots of hot water. The owner and his dog Roscoe gave us a warm welcome and spoke perfect English, the owner not Roscoe! We had everything we needed in our room and the area was so peaceful. Would stay again.

The hotel is located in a quiet location very close to the center and has a super secure parking lot. In fact, I did not expect much and was pleasantly surprised, as the room was very large, airy and furnished in an old style. The bathroom was very large and clean, with a separate shower area.It's true that it's a little bit in need of renovation, but my husband and I felt great there. The wifi is excellent, there are also cups, a kettle and a fridge in the room, so you can prepare an easy quick breakfast with coffee. Everything is as in the description. The owner was very responsive and willing to help.

Very nice cosy room, owner was helpful in finding the parking (a closed locked courtyard parking best bet is to call for the spot to be open) everything there that you may need and best of all the location with everything that you may need nearby
