The host is a very kind gentleman. Our flix bus arrived at 6.00am, an hour earlier and we reached the hotel around 6.00+ am. We were so cold as the nite bus ride & day before were rainy days. The host allowed us to check-in immediately without additional charges. He is also an approachable man whenever you need assistance.
