We needed accommodation for 1 night for family of four. We got what we needed. 4 beds, bathroom, good location. Nothing to complain. Staff was very friendly. Parking in the area could be a problem but that's Sofia downtown and you can't expect something different.

All was very good, as a start the the staff is very friendly and polite. installation are well kept, clean and in good condition. Location is very good, is close to a big shopping mall, bus stops and within walking distance you can find restaurants, shops, pharmacies, etc.

The hotel is very clean. The room is basic but you get everything you need : a bed, a sofa to relax on, a wardrobe, small tables. I liked the neighbourhood Oborishte. It's leafy and quiet. 20 min walk from Alexander Nevski cathedral. It's easy to get to the hotel from the airport. When I needed extra info, I would simply drop a Whatsapp message to the reception team. I received the answer within minutes.

It was close to the big shopping mall and close to public transport. Very good location and value for money. Basic design but comfortable enough. Staff really friendly, especially Pavel. Thank you so much :)

The reception was open 24 hours, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. My flight arrived late in the evening, so I needed a place to stay which was near the airport and has a late check-in. The beds were very comfortable. The room has air conditioning as well. For 2 nights met my expectations.

We were staying at this hotel for the second time, so everything was familiar to us. The hotel is located in a good neighbourhood. The hotel is in a quiet and calm area and very close to public transport stops. The balcony of our room was very nice.
