The staff is polite, and coffee and tea are available in the room. It is located on a quiet street, with secured parking available.

A clean & modern hotel which is very convenient for the bus & train station. I stayed in winter & the room was warm and a good size. Staff speak good English & are polite & welcoming.

It was close to the bus and train station, which is why we chose it in the first place. There’s also a tram stop and metro station nearby. Breakfast has a good variety too. But the best part was the staff, they speak English well and were able to give directions to places we want to visit.

Hotel is located just a short walk from the bus station and only a few hundred yards from the city center. The hotel itself is very nice with a restaurant which is open until 10.00pm with a huge selection of food.

Location is close to train station, but you can also walk to the city center. Friendly staff and comfortable room. We used the restaurant in the hotel, but it's lacking windows. Otherwise the food was fine, also for breakfast.

Based on the photos on booking.com I was not expecting this quality. The receptionist lady upon arrival was very kind, and she has offered us an upgade to suits/apartment/family room. It was a huge room on the top floor, with a terrace, with a big bathroom, and 2 big king size beds in separate room. The bed was really comfortable. There is a restaurant in the basement, and we have recieved a perfectly grilled meat, so instead of a simpel dinner just ot bite somthnig after the travel it was an excitement. The waiter was a very kid guy. Not to forget that we were gifted by a 20% discount voucher for restaurant consumption.
