The hotel might be a nice spot regarding the facility - and it was - until my colleague and me were confronted with the upfront payment at arrival. We even wanted but first wanted to see the room, accomodate us. Then the nice lady at the counter connected us to her manager by phone, where we were just welcome with the words "Where is the problem". Nothing to be added, this kind of treatment was all we did not want to have - ridiculously the slogan of Best Western at the reception is: "talk to us, we make everything possible" (or similar). - As unserious this statement is as unserious and really scaring away was the manager's and thus the whole network's (Best Western) behavior towards us.

Large bathroom with all necessities. Breakfast was good value for money. The room was spacious and cozy with a flat screen TV.

What could it be for a nice hotel...? The unfriendly and unprofessional staff ruins it all, I try to avoid this hotel in the future! - upon arrival a colleague of the reception guy was vaporizing in the reception space; upon my clear utterance of dislike to be force to inhale this smell - no reaction - when asking for the Wifi-PW by phone the receptionist was only saying "it's at the reception"... Not enough that they didn't tell me when I was at the reception it took (beside my call) an explicit query to let him tell me the PW - the most unpleasant was the fact that they don't give to you even the key if you don't pay upfront! My colleague and me arrived tired, just wanted to refresh ourselves, but they refused to give us the key even before we had seen the room! A call to the manager executed by the receptionist lady started from his side to us by "what's the problem"... NEVER AGAIN if not necessary, it's even a pity as the rooms are not that bad...

Our room was excellent. We had small kitchen area and sofa/lounge with two single beds which were very comfortable. The swimming pool was nice but could have been a bit cheaper.

Pleasant staff, very informative and welcoming, hotel was clean , the room was very clean and fresh , with a balcony. We booked here for the use of the pool as our other choice was fully booked. Overall, I'd stay here again , private car park was convenient.

Super spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Great location close to amenities and restaurants. The breakfast was just okay. Overall very good value for money.

Room was really nice and big; with a small balcony, living room and kitchenette making it bigger than a lot of city apartments. Shower was very nice. Bed was comfortable.

It is a really nice hotel, studios are big, the beds are comfortable and the location is great. The restaurant is right next and has very good food and there is a store nearby also. The pool was such a blast (extra charge).

The hotel is very nice, at check in the staff where very professional, nice and helpful. The room was very nice, lots of space and the beds where comfortable. One thing I really like about hotels is a big towel, and this hotel does that well. The room had a small but perfect for a single person balcony. I had to leave the hotel early as the work I came for was shorter than expected. The hotel acted brilliantly and provided me a refund for the days I was not staying. And the person I spoke to about this was very helpful.
