After few stays I can say it is improved now. Garage was helpful on snowy day, breakfast is very good, staff is polite and helpful.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, good temperature, the room smells very nice. There is someone on reception 24/7. Free underground parking. Very good location.

The room is very specious. But not big enough for two parents with a child as we all had to sleep on 2 beds. Would be nice to have rooms with small sofas too

B1 City Hotel has quickly become my preferred choice when I travel to Sofia. The location of the hotel is excellent - it is easily reachable from the airport and the city center. The nearby shopping center is very convenient - one can quickly get anything they need. The staff are polite and very helpful.
