I asked for a quiet room and this was accommodated. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and there were toiletries in the bathroom. Staff were helpful and friendly. Delightful choice of food at breakfast. The location was perfect for access to the metro and for visiting central shops, and sightseeing on foot. I would choose this hotel again.

The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk from the metro and 10 minutes from the main center street. The room was large enough for one or two people. It was comfortable, the bed was good, even tough it was cold outside it was hot in the room, I had to turn off the heating and it stayed warm the whole nights. The bathroom was specious and good. The breakfast was great and the staff was very kind.

Our second stay at this hotel. Great location. Very little traffic noise. Fair selection of hot/cold _ sweet/savory items in buffet breakfast. Black tea available!

Very good location and friendly staff. Room was hot enough for winter time. Breakfast. I can definitely stay here again if I visit Sofia.

Just a three or four minute walk from Serdika metro station with a direct link to Sofia airport on yellow Line 4 which takes around 25 minutes, this property is also perfectly located in the city centre with an easy walk to all the historic sights, museums, theatres, bars and restaurants, very friendly and helpful staff on the desk, breakfast had a wide choice of pastries, cheese, meat, salad, fish, eggs, bacon, sausage etc, yes my mattress was soft but it did not stop me sleeping and the room was otherwise clean and well equipped, great value too, recommended!

This is the second time I'm staying at this hotel - it's my preferred location when I need to stay in Sofia before catching a flight outside the country or after returning to Bulgaria. The location is perfect - close to the Serdika metro station, so I can easily get to the airport on the metro. It's also close to the city center, which works well if you don't have much time to explore. Another reason I like this hotel is the included breakfast. They offer a pretty nice spread, a mix of Bulgarian and Western items. The WiFi is pretty fast, which I appreciate as I often travel during the work week. The staff is nice and the room was pretty warm this time of year. The heater must have been working overtime! The room I stayed in was perfect size for one person and the bathroom had a shower cabin that seemed new, which is a plus when staying anywhere in Bulgaria.
