Great choice! The place is located in the very center, 200 meters Ave. Vitos. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Reception is open all day and night. Parking on the territory. Breakfast is the best breakfast I've had in several years of traveling, especially when compared to my recent trip to Rome. A special hello to Plamena!

The atmosphere of the hotel is homely, the guests are treated like family. The staff is polite and helpful. The owner of the hotel is a wonderful, generous and hospitable man! (Hi Emil!) Breakfast is very varied and plentiful, the food is very fresh, delicious and aesthetically served. The hotel is located near Vitosha Boulevard on a quiet street. The metro is very close. Super rest, we recommend it to everybody.

Perfect location in the city center. Walking distance from everything we wanted. Hospitality of the staff is above and beyond expectations. Fantastic breakfast, espresso machine available all day. Free drinks during “happy hour”..

Art otel deserves 100% on all categories. Nice clean and quiet room, great breakfasts , happy hour and a warm, friendly and helpful staff. Don't hesitate, when in Sofia, book Art'otel!

Staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you.. The location is also very good near to restaurants, supermarkets and local metro line to Sofia Airport.

The receptionist is the face of a hotel, and Plamena truly exceeded expectations. She was incredibly friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome, turning our stay into an exceptional experience. The breakfast offered a good selection of meals and drinks. Additionally, coffee and tea were available 24/7, which was a thoughtful touch. If I ever need accommodations in this region again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Great location and the staff were excellent especially Pam at the reception . My last night there they sent me a sweet dessert with compliments and the gentleman at the terrace bar allowed us to drink our own wine which we bought from the wineries without charging any corkage . He even threw in complimentary bruschetta and rakias on the house .

I absolutely loved everyone in this Hotel! They were extremely lovely :) They were so helpful and kind. We checked out around 6 am. Since we cannot make it to breakfast, they prepared us sandwiches and put in a bag with bunch of fruits and snacks. I was about the cry :)) And the ambiance of the hotel is so cute, specially breakfast area. I loved the drawings on the walls. Also there is happy hour between 6-8pm and free drinks. I was very satisfied with my stay overall thanks for everything!
