LinenIt is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. Lovely location, the back garden is a great area and feature - the kitchen was very well equipped with what was needed. Comfy beds and good showers.

The house and garden were beautiful. The house was well set up for a family or group of friends and was stylishly decorated. The kitchen had lots of crockery, cutlery for self-catering and ample basic provisions were provided. The beds in all 4 bedrooms were comfortable. The air conditioner in the main living area was very effective and the fans in the bedrooms provided sufficient cooling on hot nights. The outdoor area was very comfortable - we spent every evening after dinner sitting there and the garden was beautiful with lots of birds. The garden was secure for our dogs, though they were a bit too interested in the rabbits! The house was a short walk to either beach, which are gorgeous and only a short drive into Cowes.

The location was perfect half way between cowes and San Remo The beds we very comfortable and the house had everything we needed and more
