The friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The location of the hotel, in extensive grounds with woodland walks nearby. Great deal on the room rate, and the food was great and reasonably priced. Free parking. Free WiFi and shampoo and shower gel. Free tea and coffee making facilities in the room, once we found them in the wardrobe!
