Hotel and facilities were ok but logistics of transport to the location out of central London weren’t great. On day of our flight we used a direct bus to T5 which was ok, in future I’d prefer to pay more and stay at hotel at the airport to make things easier on day of flight.

Uhhhhh... If you're staying here is for business or you're on a really tight budget. Breakfast is decent. Staff is very attentive

Parking too expensive and misleading where to pay. Do you pay when you arrive in the carpark or at the hotel reception .

This hotel advertises it self as near T5 Heathrow. It is no where near there! It also refers to a shuttle bus facility! You need to get an expensive taxi if you want to ensure you get your flight. Busy UK motorways to contend with!
