Superb position on the seafront. We had a side view of the sea which was fine. The 9th floor was totally quiet from the street below. The room was excellent, spacious bed, great bathroom and nothing to find fault with. The staff were simply amazing and ensured everything ran like clockwork and kept our room and hotel spotlessly clean. What I really liked was no table or anything was left with used crockery or not wiped down and tidied up instantly. The standards were superb but not intrusive. The free use of the outside pool situated across the road was a bonus as it was large enough to do lengths. However, in summer it would be clearly rammed.

We stayed at one of the Deluxe suites and it was amazing!!! Very clean and spacious room, big bathroom. Great breakfast with open buffet and it had everything we needed, even my brother who is vegan could eat a lot of the things. The staff was amazing! So helpful! Very smiling and caring. The outdoor swimming pool was really good, just across the road. Very nice staff there as well. We would recommend this hotel to everyone and we will definitely come back!!

Everything about the Waterfront hotel was excellent. Every member of staff we had contact with was professional and courteous from Alex on reception to the restaurant staff to the lady who cleaned our room. The restaurant menu was diverse and the food well prepared. The buffet breakfast had a huge variety which set us up for the day. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and spa facilities. The hotel is brilliantly situated, being close to the bus and ferry routes to and from Valletta. We travelled everywhere on the busses, which were really efficient and an economical way of getting about (we bought a 7 day Tallinja card). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing break on the lovely island of Malta. We celebrated 2 birthdays and our wedding anniversary during our stay and the staff ensured we received a fitting welcome. We're already talking about returning!!

Everything was just great. No noise when windows shut. Reception and lobby bar people very nice, just the right level of politeness. Great view. Very clean, great water pressure. Small restaurants and shops everywhere around the hotel.
