I haven't met anyone more welcoming that the owner of this flat. I gave him my flight details he waited for me to arrive, gave me my keys personally. Showed me where are the local grocery stores, shared insights about beaches and best places worth visiting also as the ones that are not so worth it or maybe affected by the weather at that time. My stay was perfect. The flat had everything I need, seasonings, cooking oil, microwave, all the pans and pots and dishes, everything. I loved it

Mauro was an excellent host and very helpful. He gave us lots of information/recommendations for places to visit on the island. The apartment was super clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our ,5 day stay.

I want to share my impressions of a wonderful vacation. First of all, I want to thank Mauro et Silvana for the warm welcome in the wonderful apartment. These people deserve respect! When we first arrived, our flight was delayed, but despite this, we were warmly welcomed at a late hour. If we needed something, we wrote via messenger, and they answered us very quickly and helped us. Since it was our first time in Malta, we were told about the wonderful places on the island, which we visited and were delighted with. The apartment is modern, comfortable, clean and has all the necessary conditions for living. Not far is the beach, where we often went to swim and sunbathe. There is also a mini market near the apartment, and if you go a little further, there is a large supermarket, which is very convenient. We had a wonderful time on this island, and thanks to the good attitude towards us, we felt like home. Therefore, once again I want to say a big thank you to Mauro et Silvana, and the next time we vacation in Malta, we will definitely stay in this place.

The location of the property was perfect near to the beach, bus stations, to the nearest popular locations in Sliema. The host was the most hospitable person I have ever met. Always available with everything you need at any time! Mauro is excelent host providing all necesery information needed for you for your stay in Malta to be more smooth and joyfull. I am very happy that i chose this accomodation :D

Location and ease of shopping, restaurants, close to bus stops. Property was spacious. The owner Mauro was extremely friendly, so helpful, offered to do so much for us, was available 24/7.

The appartmenet was sparkling clean and very spacious. It is situated in a perfect spot, only a few steps from the main street, from mini markets, restaurants and bus stations and an epic view at St. Julian's as soon as you get to the promenade. The lovely hosts checked on daily basis if we were comfortable or if we needed anything. They provided us with lots of useful information regarding places we should visit.

So pleased we chose this location. 100 m from the sea front, bus stop, shops, restaurants yet on a side street rather than the main road. Also the Sliema area itself is traditional residential with local people rather specifically for tourists. Very nice feel and atmosphere especially Balutta and Spinola bays, which were a very pleasant five to ten minutes walk alongside the seafront. As all the other reviews say, Mauro was an excellent host, available within minutes for any questions or advice. The apartment is located on the first floor, surprisingly large and well equipped. It has two very comfortable sofas (one in the bedroom) as well as a huge amount of storage, more than any tourist would ever need. We spent 10 days there and wanted a home from home. It fulfilled that role very well.
