Late entry can regrettably not be arranged.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. This is a 10/10 property. Right in the Kruger national park, so close to the Skukuza airport and has an incredible view of the river. Even though we went during the wet season we saw plenty of animals including lion cubs. The staff here ensure that you get the best service, they are super attentive and friendly (our wait staff, particularly Polite and Sma were wonderful)! Our guide Sidney was a legend. This is a truly unique and luxury experience, we would highly recommend!!

The game viewing was absolutely brilliant and our guide Nelly was excellent. Location, this hotel has serious WOW factor. The accommodation on the bridge is breathtaking, spacious and luxurious with mesmerizing views. The food was delicious and each meal was perfectly delivered. The all inclusive beverage selection was extremely generous. 3 swimming pools to pick from... it was a real treat. The staff really stood out. Bheki, Venolia, Nelly (our driver)... they were incredibly friendly and could not do enough for the guests.

We had the best time staying at Shalati! Lawrence our tour guide went over and above to help us see and better understand the animals of the Kruger (including the Big Five!). He was great at getting us in the right place at the right time and making sure we got the best view of the animals. Lawrence was also very knowledgeable about the Kruger and animals themselves. The food was delicious - everything including service was to such a high standard. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, Jefrey in particular made us feel at home from the moment we arrived! The accommodation itself is stunning and we hope to be going back again soon!

The hospitality of every single person working at Shalati was amazing and felt genuine. The food and drink options were perfect and our game driver Mikhenso was a true professional. We have enjoyed ourselfs from start to finish.

The location was incredible. Being able to see wildlife from your hotel room was so special. The rooms were beautiful and the restaurant and all the staff working at Shalati were amazing. Great food and the safari trips were magic! Nelly was a fantastic guide.

The Sunset Suite with plunge pool was amazing and close to the facilities. The staff couldn't do enough for you and always with a smile. Game drives were great. Only 6 guests per vehicle so plenty of space. Food was great. Loved every minute of our stay.

Going on a safari in Africa has always seemed like a distant dream to me and not even in my wildest dreams could I have asked for and expected so much. Seeing the beauty of this place and these animals is something I will never forget. But let's go to Shalati. The hotel is wonderful and all the staff are extremely kind, smiling and helpful. We stayed outside on the train and the room was huge with impeccable room service that got everything ready after the 2 safaris of the day, leaving things clean and tidy. The food is wonderful with several options and the view from the pool is breathtaking. But none of this beats our guide Lawrence who stayed with us since our arrival at the airport, taking us on all the Game drives. Impeccable and tireless in finding the best places and the best chances. He fulfilled my big dream of seeing a family of lions with more than 10 members of all ages passing right by our side. And from then on, all the Big 5 were a herd of more than 20 elephants. Not to mention his politeness and kindness. He takes care to tell us not only about the large predators but also the plants, the birds, the insects and every little part of the park. He's just sensacional
