Tom is a great host, the place was clean and tidy.
Tetiana “The apartment we booked was our most awful experience, but the new one we were offered was ok”
We have been offered a much better apartment in the same house, which was bigger and cleaner than the booked one because of unacceptable sanitary conditions in the booked apartment. As to that other apartment we finally lived in, it was spacious, equipped with everything necessary. When problems arose, Tom was helpful (like he offered us to move into this better apartment, or when the TV died, he changed it for another one quite quickly).
