Friendly couple running the place. Lovely coffees from their cafe down stairs. Good location if you don't mind a little walk up a hill. Very clean and tidy.

Beautiful area with lovely sandy beaches, Thallis rooms are on top of a hill, walking distance for swimming and tavernas. Surrounded by hills and mountains with olive groves. we came over from England for my niece's wedding to Nikos and stayed 10 days. We were sad to leave. Owners friendly and helpful and make good coffee. Cleaning staff lovely. Room cleaned every day. Area feels very authentically Greek, Village of about 300 inhabitants, not much English spoken. Locals friendly and we enjoyed conversing despite our pathetic Greek. One small general store in village. The town of Gythio nearby is worth a visit too.

Skoutaris is a beautiful little place with stunning views and is incredibly peaceful. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a huge balcony., we walked down to the sandy beach which was very quiet and swam. The walk back up was very steep and not for the faint hearted but well worth it.Our host was very charming and helpful. I would most definitely return.

Very calm and silent area in a little village. Comfortable beds in a cozy room with good services. Small bar at the entrance where you can buy breakfast and snacks (really high prices, though!)
