The majority of the negative reviews on here are out of proportion. The description is VERY misleading, and many of the facilities described are non-existing... but still - it is superb value (at €17/night!). It is not an apartment - it is hardly even a "studio" ... it is really a VERY compact room with a minimal (but passable) kitchenette. The very small shower room is also open-plan / Turkish style - but adequate. For one person, that wants a cheap base - this is perfect. The two single beds are comfortable and the room's design is very nice. The router speeds (2 options!) were both around 20-23 mbps. it is immediately next to the building entrance door, so you will hear people coming in and out of the building - I am a very light sleeper, but I didn't feel the need to use earplugs in 3 days stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Skopje Apartment! The location was perfect—very close to the city centre, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The apartment itself was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a relaxing stay. The landlord was incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions on how to reach the place, which made the check-in process smooth. Plus, the price was very affordable for such a central location. We highly recommend it for anyone visiting Skopje!
