Fast check-in and excellent service from the reception team! The hotel’s location is stunning — right in the heart of the city’s beautiful park, offering peace and tranquility yet just minutes from the city center. The spa was incredibly relaxing, and I’d like to give special compliments to the massage therapists for their exceptional skill. Truly a wonderful stay!

For me, it is the welcoming, easy going, friendly atmosphere. Nothing seems too difficult for the team. They’d address any enquiry, and they’d do anything to make your stay comfortable and pleasant.

Lovely hotel, staff are very friendly and the gym/spa is great. Situated on the river about 15mins easy walk from the city centre. Restaurant and outside bar are good and food is lovely.
