Great location, clean room (including the top of wardrobe which is sometimes an issue), late check in arranged with no issue, no noise from the outside

The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance to the square and all other areas. All the staff were helpful and friendly, truly wonderful people. The rooms were at a reasonable level..

Excellent location a 1 min walk to the main square which you can see from your balcony . Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms for a family of four. Lifts available. Helpful reception staff who organised our airport transfers. Will stay here again.

The location so good and staff is nice. But the facilities are all a bit down, a lot of stuff doesn’t work and one half of a day there was no warm water. Definitely not a 4-star hotel.

Breakfast was delicious, staff very friendly. Location was in the centre of Skopje and close to everything. cafe's, restaurants, shops all walking distance.
