Great hotel in the heart of the city centre. Very quiet at night and a very comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Very helpful manager who sorted out a taxi to the airport in the morning.

Staff were excellent when needed. Room decor was OK but dated. Location was perfect, quiet (which is sometimes a problem in Skopje) and everything was fine. Staff very helpfully printed my train tickets whe my phone had a critical failure the evening before I checked out

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. My first room smelt very heavily of smoke. Staff were able to move me to another room no problem.

The hotel is very well located in the centre of the city close to everything and walking distance from the Alexander Statue. The staff was super helpful in explaining what to do in the city and where to get a good dinner.

The location was more than good it helped me a lot in terms of time for my meetings. Employers was so lovely but especially i wanna underline Mr Ferdi who is the chief of reception . Because of his existence there i will not choose an other hotel on my next trips to Macedonia .

The location was ideal, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room had a kettle with tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was great too. The price for the night was very reasonable. Staying here brought back wonderful memories of family vacations from 20 years ago. <3
