This beautiful apartment is set in a gorgeous quiet Olive Grove with a beautiful swimming pool, and all the photos are exact pictures of the real thing. We have had 11 fabulous nights here, and it has been perfect . Our room was big and airy with a lovely balcony ( shaded ) and enough room for 2 of us to move around . A typical hand-held shower, but the water was always piping hot . Small kitchen area with 2 hotplates but lots of cooking utensils, crockery and pots, and a decent size fridge. Every day, our room was cleaned to an exceptional high standard and always smelt lovely and fresh with a change of linen and towels. The lady who cleaned was always so pleasant and worked hard. The swimming pool was always clean and fresh, and most days, we hardly saw anyone else . No rushing for a sunbed ! It's rated as 2 star with Jet2 but I can honestly say apart from a bit of cosmetic work and a couple of electrical sockets replacing - it was absolutely value for money ( and we have stayed in some very nice places ). We loved the 30-minute walk down into Skopelos, where we ate out most nights, but the walk back up hill was challenging . There is no path, so you are walking on the main road but generally most motorists acknowledged your existence! In the other direction is Stafylos Beach again about 30 minutes slightly uphill but the sea and beach were lovely . If you want posh sunbeds and waiters and music it's not the beach for you although there are sunbeds and a beach cafe . We just plonked our towels and belongings on the sand as did most people and enjoyed snorkeling and swimming. We felt very safe and people were lovely . We hired a 500cc motorbike for the first week and loved visiting all the different beaches on Skopelos but the bus service ( big green coach ) was very efficient and runs every hour from one side of the island to the other visiting all the beaches and very cheap.

We had a 2 floor house. The terrace was superb. Kitchen fully equipped. Easy parking. Nice pool.
