I liked the location, walking distance to Skipton, free parking and a canal side position for breakfast was lovely. We had an evening meal and breakfast, the staff in the restaurant could not be more helpful. Great selection of food and desserts.

The executive suite could do with a little TLC-(ROOM NO 113) Breakfast (self-service) was very good with plenty to choose from. Not sure the room we had was value for money!!

We had a dog friendly room with access to an outside secure area. Lots of storage and a large room. Every one of the staff we met were friendly and happy to help. We enjoyed coffee and cake on the outside terrace.
