Friendly staff, great location. Rooms are clean and have everything that you need. The main positives were the staff - from arriving to us leaving, all staff were very friendly and approachable. Excellent breakfast.

Excellent stay! Room was fabulous, spacious, comfy with a great bathroom. Easy check in, friendly helpful staff and not even that noisy as i knew it was a pub/restaurant with rooms so was expecting a bit of noise before 11pm, but was fine. Will definitely stay here again.

The Old Swan is beautifully decorated and the room we stayed in was very comfortable. We had breakfast and an evening meal and the food was wonderful, especially the evening meal. The staff are all friendly and welcoming too.

Great location in picturesque village of Gargrave. Nice atmosphere in the bar and restaurant. Good value Sunday roast (including vegetarian option) which could be pre-booked to avoid disappointment. Spacious contemporary room (Ribble). Superb power shower. Skipton centre is less than 10 minute drive away (@ £12 in an Uber).

The room provided enough space for me including a table to work on my laptop. The bed was comfortable. The shower was providing enough space and the huge showerhead invited to a decent shower.
