The location was perfect for visiting Skipton town centre. Five minute walk along the canal. Beautiful hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Fresh towels each day and room cleaned. Breakfast was perfect for us x

Proximity to train station, automatic lights on landings, nice traditional features in decor, spotlessly clean. Very nice breakfast, plenty of choice.

My first room was in the old building and facing the main road. It was very disappointing, run down, cold and no hot water. When I mentioned it to the lady in reception she couldn’t have been any kinder and moved me to another room in the new block straight away. The new room was lovely and what I had expected, bed was huge and very comfy, room was lovely and quiet, the shower was decent and hot. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. Loads of onsite parking available.
