Very pleasant staff, comfortable & spacious accessible room was available when we arrived a little early. Great food & service. Car parking facilities were available at no extra cost. An added nice touch was that owner called to all tables at breakfast for a chat & ensured all was satisfactory

Very friendly staff, hotel is in a beautiful building in a nice setting next to the River Ilen and the old railway bridge. Enjoyed a few lovely pints of Murphy's (thanks Joan!) and some delicious fishcakes in the bar - hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas as well!
