How clean it was. Kathleen was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely will be back if we will be in the area.

Everything was perfect and good quality. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent with both continental and cooked choices. There were options for cooked as well. The family were friendly but not overpowering.

Lovely room with nice facilities, and very comfortable. The hosts, Pat and Kathleen were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend. Thank you Pat and Kathleen. We will be back.
