Everything about this property was fantastic! The reception, lift and corridors were spotlessly clean with lots of information for restaurants etc on the desk. My apartment was large, well furnished ( very comfortable bed ) with excellent facilities for a short stay. The bathroom not only had a good shower, toiletries etc - it had a switch to heat the water if there wasn’t enough which was great. Although everything was wonderful what really made this place special was the friendliness and helpfulness of Apostolis and Stavros. They’d put the heating on to warm the apartment before my arrival, left me a couple of bottles of water and allowed free late checkout - the sort of things that always make my trips so much nicer and easier. I’ve stayed in more than 30 properties on Skiathos - this is in my top three now. I’d recommend it to anyone ( but leave room for me please! ).

The studio was very clean with an incredibly comfortable bed and lots of storage. It was well equipped ( even had a washing machine ) and everything was in good condition. Had it's own boiler and switch so always had hot water which was great. The safe and air-conditioning were free and both worked well. Although it's just off Papadiamanti Street it wasn't noisy as the balcony doors had excellent glazing. Can't wait to stay there again!

The Location was absolutely fantastic, Il Posto the cafe next door was absolutely fantastic also where the staff work so hard and are so friendly despite how busy they are, friendly owner and room cleaned daily were spotless fair play to the lady, I would have no hesitation recommending this property to anyone apartment fully air conditioned also

Very good location, central, near restaurants and supermarkets, it was also very clean (Towel change every day and room cleaning every day too.) The breakfast was amazing and on top of everything, our host Stavros was super nice, helpful and gave us good places to visit/eat at. 100% would recommend.

Perfectly located in the centre of town adjoining a fantastic little cafe for breakfast (or snacks later) . Easy access, everyone very friendly, apartment clean & comfortable.
