Well appointed, very clean, everything worked! Air conditioned - so important in the summer. Great WiFi and tv (kids loved this). Car parking for two cars (so good in an area where there is very little parking). Hot tub that gets hot and a pool that is cool but great for fun on a hot day. Chris and Rea take huge pride in keeping the villa as the pictures show. Kitchen full of everything you need to cook (or not) including knives that are sharp, dishwasher with tablets, salt and pepper, cling film and foil. All the added extras that are so important. Great location for a 7min walk to the port walking through the wonderful cobbled high street buzzing with shops and loads of restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Skiathos! The place was excellent – very clean, cozy, and had a beautiful terrace where we spent a lot of time relaxing. We stayed for a week and everything was perfect. The location is great as well, close to the city center but still peaceful. Chris, our host, was very helpful and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Having never been to Greece before, our family trip to Skiathos was a fantastic experience on a beautiful island. The villa was everything we wanted and more. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The villa is very close to the main street where all the restaurants and bars are located and only a 10 minute walk to the port for catching the boats/ferries to the islands nearby. The pool and air con at the villa were very much needed with the tempartures we had each day! Chris and Rea were exceptional hosts and the bbq they provided for us one evening was a great opportunity to get to know them. Would definitely go back there and would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a stay on the island.
