Because i only stayed one night we didnt get to know the owners however we were greeted a warm welcome the room was excellent with facilities to us. The bed was really comfy and it was great knowing we could come and please ourselves. I will defo book for lobger next time. Overall fabulous😁

Felt really welcomed on arrival and well looked after, especially at breakfast time. Short walk to the beach but far enough away from the hustle and bustle with convenient on street parking. Would stay again.

The location was perfect, & also loved the facility it was very clean & comfortable, the owners where very nice & attentive, the breakfast was also lovely. If we where to come skegness we would definitely be staying here again. Thank you for everything
