THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS ACCOMMODATION ONLY
This lovely Tudor styled Guest House offering accommodation only is situated on Skegness’s north shore, just a two minute walk from the beach. It features a brightly furnished, fire-lit lounge and light, cosy rooms.
All of the rooms at The Sunningdale feature a TV and private bathroom facilities, with toiletries. Guests can make use of tea/coffee-making facilities while some rooms also include lovely four-poster beds.
Skegness’s centre, with its range of shops, amusements, and nightlife, is a 10-minute walk away.
Limited free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. When our parking spaces are not available there is plenty of unrestricted parking available on the adjacent streets. Car park spaces cannot be reserved.

The management reserve the right to refuse entry to any person/persons considered of detriment to other hotel guests or to the hotel premises.
Please note that this property does not accept all male / female groups of 3 or more persons unless approved.

The management will not be held responsible for valuables left on the premises. Car parking is at owners risk.

Run by a very friendly couple, the location is nice and quite, and only a 5 minute walk to the centre of the attractions. A very clean and tidy room. A great chippy 2 mins way.
