Les & Lisa are exceptional hosts they are very friendly & really kind & make sure everythink is perfect & big huge breakfast which was amazing it's home from home cosy I highly recommend to all we differently be back one best guest house we stayed in skegness room was lovely & really comfortable bed walking distance to beach & chip shops free parking late check in & late check out of 11am so perfect & pool table & bar 👍😁

Free parking on the front.Breakfast was fresh cooked & everything on there.It was lovely!The bed was comfy & the room was nice & warm. Tea/coffee & water in the room. All we needed.Towels provided also.Thankyou

Ease of checking in - friendly and very helpful staff - delicious good-sized cooked breakfast free- parking on site or on nearby streets and only 10 min walk to the sea front...... Highly recommended and will definitely stay there again.
