Fresh, clean and modern looks. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff. It’s actually run by the owners themselves and the whole family is very welcoming .

The hotel is very clean with very good quality furnishings. The bed and pillows are of really good quality to a point I would say I had the best nights sleep ever in a hotel. Will deffo be returning.

Extremely modern room with a very comfy bed and a really lovely shower. It was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. My room was spotless with plenty of tea, coffee , milk, and even a bottle of water, which I thought was a lovely touch. Great breakfast freshly cooked

The location was spot on just a short walk away from the beach and the centre.The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was lovely every thing you wanted. Both the hosts where very nice.I would recommend the Ivernia to any one.I will certainly stay there again.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. This place has been recently refurbed and it smells new everywhere. The owners were very accommodating, very friendly and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making my base in Skegness for a family funeral seemless and comfortable xx
