Excellent breakfast and very friendly host, Barbara A lot of thought put into facilities/extras in room such as tea and coffee plus hot chocolate, two chairs and ensuite toiletries, in spite of the room being very small as a double. Everything very clean and bed sheets crisp, white and ironed. Very good value for money, particularly as it included breakfast.

Property Close to amenities , lovely and cosy. Clean, comfortable in room will stocked drinks tray including water in glass bottles. Barbara the host welcoming and friendly explained everything about entry to property. Breakfast what can we say absolutely great .With regard to places to eat Barbara had options on different types of food. Stay two nights would go back again totally enjoyed stay.

Our hostess, Barbara, made us feel very welcome, and cooked us a lovely breakfast. The guesthouse had everything we could have asked for, including tea and coffee making facilities in our room, and was clean and comfortable. The beach and Skegness town centre were within easy walking distance, and there was a nice fish and chip shop just up the road. Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve was just a short drive away.
