Spot on Location good ..food excellent..very clean The owners were very friendly ..told us to ask if we needed anything ..made us very welcome ..tv and heating in room plus WiFi . Great little hotel ..not far from shops and bars too . We will be back .

gemma& John were lovely hosts, Gemma couldn't do enough for you , the guest house is spotless, well maintained. she has a lounge area with TV,little bar 🍸, she all allso as snacks on hand all at good prices. breakfast was tasty, I asked for mushrooms on last day ,she add them bless her!! they walking distance of everything. plenty restaurants, there's so meany fish& chips shops take u pick !! me & my sister had a lovely stay we coming back next year,my sister didn't want come home !!

Location perfect for beaches and amenities and main shopping area. Breakfast superb. Fantastic hospitality from Gemma. Parking available on site. Worth returning ti Skegness just to stay at the Fountaindale.

Location, fab decor, Gemma and Jon had thought of every little detail! Even scissors ✂️ on the breakfast table to open those pesky sauce sachets! Breakfast was wonderful so much choice! Parking space! Communication with Gemma was excellent before we arrived We will definitely be back!😊☀️
