Lovely clean and comfortable caravan, nicely situated on a good site with excellent parking next to it, not too far from skegness to walk, sea front 10 min walk too. Enjoyed are weekend break , dogs loved it too, would definitely stay again.

Good location not too far to Seafront and Skegness pier. The property was clean and tidy. Liked that it had a second WC. Shower was good. WiFi worked well.

Beautiful spacious caravan in a lovely peaceful area. Lots of facilities both inside and round the complex Lovely staff very understanding and helpful Very accessible Lovely outdoor seating area

The property was very well equipped and was tastefully decked out. Unfortunately I left some items behind in one of the wardrobes. I contacted the owner and I am hopeful that these items will be sent to me.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed too. Booking it was very easy too no messing around they even arranged early check in as previous caravan we had was disgusting 😡 I was very impressed and will be booking again with these when I come back. Thank you.

Excellent location for visiting Skegness area. Wi-fi was good, decent shower in bathroom, good communication from owner who forwarded a handy guide on how everything works in caravan (heating, etc.) and some useful tips about local area.

Beds were made up and all was clean. Plenty of coat hangers and well stocked cutlery/crockery and glasses. Nice to find cleaning products in the caravan too.

So… the key to the van is kept in a key box attached to the side of the van… along with the barrier fob to gain access with your vehicle, so someone has to go on foot to the van to collect the keys, walk back to the barrier to let your party through… then same process on check out….
