Lovely weekend staying at the Palm court, The hotel was nice and clean and very well kept. Top floor room with plenty of space and a good sized bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic with quick service. Hotel has a nice relaxed vibe, from the owners and the guests while we were there and we will be booking again next time we come to Skegness. Thanks for a great weekend :)

The room was ready 1 hour before check in time and we was very warmly welcomed. The owner Angeline helped with luggage even tho help was not required, this was very kind of her. She also ensured everything was perfectly OK before she left and reassured us that reception is open 24 hours should we need anything. She was also happy to cater breakfast to our religious and dietary needs and the food was everyday cooked freshly upon order so was always hot and at perfect temperature. The room layout was well organised and spacious so everyone had somewhere to sit each day with plenty of room to room around easily. My only suggestion with breakfast would be to add continental food items too such as croissants, crumpets, waffles, mini muffins and better ceral options as all contained nuts or raisins. Warm porridge, weetabix, Special K, coco pops would be great. Bedroom: Everything well layer out and comfortable. Only thing I didn't like was that we changed the sign to room service on our way out each day, however, only everything was tided up and towels changed but the bedsheets and pillow cases was not changed (we stayed 3 nights). There are no plugs by the bed only 2 plugs by tv and kettle so have to take out tv or kettle plug if need charge phone or use hair dryer or iron clothes. Bathroom: On first day I thought it was clean until put toilet lid down and it was very yucky behind lid which put me off so I had to wet a small towel to clean it leaving us with 1 towel short so we had to share. There was also no shampoo or shower gel or soap provided which I found rather odd as its a posh guests house not a cheap B&B so we had to go to Tesco to purchase. The towel size are very small including the actual bath towel but grateful we had something to dry ourselves with. The water takes a very long time to warm. I was told it something to do with the water piping. Overall lovely family, especially Charlotte their little cute daughter.

Room with a seaview was lovely, clean and comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming and breakfast was excellent, well cooked and lovely quality. Situated in a quieter part of the seafront.

Convenient for beach and seafront access, the hotel is well kept in all areas and the owners couldn't do any more to keep us happy. Very helpful welcome pack in the room for local businesses and attractions. Breakfast was exceptionally comprehensive and definitely worth experiencing. Traditional english breakfast, fresh fruit, cereal, juice, AMAZING yoghurts, toast with marmalade or a variety of flavoured jams, along with a choice of tea or coffee. The bed was comfy, the lighting was soft and warm, bathroom facilities are definitely higher than average quality for the price range and a nice little TV in the bedroom.
