Breakfast was really nice hot and Fresh tasting and just a personal preference would have been to have un smoked bacon as it’s probably the choice of many and not the few. Other than that a really nice stay in a clean and comfortable surrounding. Room modern and very clean with tea and coffee supplied. The hosts were very polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. A very nice couple And owners who should be proud of what they have achieved. I would definitely stay here again.

There is nothing we didn't like about our stay, the breakfast was great, the room was gorgeous, hosts so friendly and welcoming. The guesthouse was in a great location, close to the seafront but also on a lovely quiet street. Would definitely book here again :-)

This guest house is a place that my husband and I will always return to when visiting Skegness. Such lovely owners. Helpful, friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast was lovely and a really good selection on offer.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Linroy Guest House in Skegness! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed – Gerry made sure everything was perfect, and the hospitality was truly above and beyond. The room was spotless, spacious, and so cozy, giving a real homely vibe that made me feel right at ease. Waking up to a delicious full English breakfast each morning was the cherry on top, setting me up perfectly for the day. And I can’t forget Frank, their lovely dog, who added such a warm touch to the experience! For anyone looking for a great value, welcoming stay, I highly recommend the Linroy. Can’t wait to return!

Everything!! Helpful and polite owners, the room was clean, comfortable, warm! Great facilities, cooked and continental breakfast, they also cater for vegans! Which was a bonus
