Very comfortable bed and a clean room, good view from the window as well. Hotel was right on the front of Skegness

We booked this for a cheap night away in skeggy. Excellent value for money Very clean. Hotel manager was incredible very friendly and helpful went above and beyond. Looked after his guests. Helped us back to our room at midnight and made sure we were safe. Beds were very comfy and nice and cosy. Looked after our luggage in check out while we looked around the city. Called us a taxi to get back to the train station. Gave me his phone number if any problems we had to call him. I did call him asking to leave our luggage in the reception and he met us 10 minutes later and took our luggage and locked away safely. Definitely will return.

Absolutely nothing about this place is good filthy other guests noisy loud music blasting out guests arguing fighting in stairwells stay well away from this hell hole
