The breakfast was great just right nicely cooked lots to eat and kept us going all day. The location was right near the beach and the town main facilities for shopping and entertainment. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Skegness.

Close to local attractions. Great location. Car park nearby. Bedroom was roomy with a smallish but comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Slippers were a nice touch as were the wipes which came in handy.

The location was perfect. The hosts were wonderful and happy to suggest some lovely places for evening meals. The room was light, airy and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was included was served hot and tasted excellent.

Spotlessly clean and the bed was the comfiest I have ever slept on. Fantastic full English breakfast cooked fresh and served hot. The hosts were friendly and extremely helpful. Ideal location, nice and quiet yet two minutes from all the attractions.
