Staff was absolutely amazing, so attentive to anything you might need. The food (breakfast and dinner course) was delicious! Location is good for skiing in Seiser Alm, the ski bus stops right in front of the hotel.

This lovely family run hotel exceeded our expectations. We are disappointed we only stayed for one night and would happily stay again if travelling in this area. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We opted to stay for dinner and we were not disappointed- it was absolutely superb with a great selection of local wines available to purchase. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a one night stay anywhere more than the Parc Florian Hotel. Thank you.

The host was very helpful. We booked a room in the attic and they gave us an upgrade as we asked for elevator access. The view in our room was gorgeous.

The location in the village is excellent: walking distance to the centrum and the gondola, but also the local bus actually stops in front of the hotel

Excellent hotel. Staff very professional and dedicated to guest’s wellbeing. I even got bigger room for the same price, because it was available at the time. Parking space is provided, you can even leave your car after checkout if you need to.
