The fine print
Access to the free parking is easily reached from London Road towards the property's driveway. The driveway can look narrow, but there is sufficient room for a normal-size car or small van. If you are driving something bigger, then please contact the hotel in advance of your stay to make alternate arrangements.Please note most rooms are at the front of the property, which is nearest to the road. Some noise disturbances may be experienced.

Breakfast was really great, the place felt like a home and Steve and Barbara were great hosts. They also gave us a great recommandation for a nearby pub (The Billet) for dinner and drinks in the evening.

* The arrival was warm and welcoming again ( this was our second time , staying here) * Barbara and Steve are very sociable hosts. * The B & B is very warm and ' homely' * Although small, the twin room was very comfortable, fresh and clean. * The beds were fresh and cosy. * The bathroom was adequate, with fresh snow white, fluffy towels, and plenty of hot water * The tea/coffee tray was very welcome, especially after a 6 hour, tiring journey! * There was plenty of choice on the breakfast menu, and the food and drinks were brought promptly.

Great location and value for money. Breakfast is fantastic as you can see from the plate in the photo! Steve and Barbara are great hosts making all of their guests feel welcome. This is my second stay and I do not hesitate to recommend The Beaumont.

Lovely room, very comfortable bed, home from home style as you'd expect from a B&B. Great breakfast served exactly as we asked for - some had full English, some wanted just an omelette, some wanted a kind of pick-n-mix; but nothing was forgotten, and all was served with a smile. The hosts are terrific, by the way, and everything has that family vibe which is exactly what we were looking for in a traditional B&B.

Proper B&B. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and coffee and tea facilities in room were spot on. Hosts were lovely. Definitely recommend
