The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that extra bed comes in the form of a mattress (see Hotel Policies). It is only available for Deluxe and Family rooms only.
Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance if they are checking in later than 16:00. Worth the money. All facilities are well maintained. Surely will repeat for a quick stop and rest overnight. Also spacious room.

budget hotel that is very suitable to be booked. mattresses and pillows that are not like other budget hotels. The hotel staff is very helpful, there is enough car parking available.

No breakfast provided. The location was good. Near to the famous food n attractions. There is free carpark too. The bed is large and mattress not too soft just right. Room spacious. Though 3 floor there is lift which is a bonus. Quiet area n rooms not noisy.

Location, near to shops, eating places and shopping centres. All within walking distance.Room is spacious.Drove short distance to seaside .river side and vegetable farms.

Washroom facilities totally out.. no proper showers. Leaking... bathroom sink had problems. Change room. . Same problems again.
