Hotel is well situated in a quiet part of the town. Our rooms were large and airey, the bed comfortable and the shower pressure good. There was a good range of options for breakfast.

Stunning room Seaview super balcony check in was fantastic with a welcome cava while it happened. the fabulous pool had super towels and bar service. Our Concierge was very helpful and breakfast was incredible with so many choices of high quality foods and drinks

The room was excellent, but the gym was poor, such a hotel deserves a better gym. The team was great, always available and kind, breakfast was also quite good. Pool I could not try :-(

It is very beautiful hotel, good location, but!!! I was really chocked by Javien Glonde, the disgusting guy, who worked during the night on the check in. The people like he is , can’t work in a such beautiful and luxury hotel! His welcoming to the hotel was awfull!!! He is not “ professional “ at all, he even can’t understand how not only to work with people but even how to work with booking system and he is not competent at all!!! I and my husband came late at night, very tired, he was looking for our reservation for such a long time ( but the reservation was already paid by my credit card), I explain that we parked the car in front of the hotel and need smb to take our luggage and park our car, but may be is not well educated or perhaps he can’t speak good English he began to cry that police will come to arrest our car, I explained him again that we just need voulet parking and can he ask smb to do it as soon as possible …, but instead of this he began to propose me breakfast explaining that I should take this breakfast now, because after it would be 5-10 euro expensive…. I was very unusual for me… After he washed to show him my credit card,( but my room was already paid by my credit card) I explained him that I do not have it physically , only on my phone and I can give him cash money for deposit Or may be your service park my car and bring my bag where I have my credit card! But he began to cry that he needed NoW my credit card physically and if I don’t have it he will cancel my reservation!!! I really was chocked by this unbehaviour and impolite man …. He didn’t explain how to use in

This is the five star hotel we have been looking for in Sitges. Spacious rooms, very helpful staff and very good breakfast. Being out of the hustle and bustle of the busy town is a plus. There is an beautiful promenade all the way to town, great for running and walking. Safe bike lanes in and out of town too. The rooftop bar is splendid.
