I enjoyed my stay as it was only for 2 nights, but I was a little disappointed by my room it was quite dingy and small. The actual hotels character was beautiful which is why i chose it. There was hairs from a previous guest in the shower. There was also nowhere to place my wash bags in the bathroom, or hooks on the doors to hang towels. No complimentary water in the room, had to pay for everything in there. The staff also didn’t offer to help with my bags up the big flights of stairs, as there’s no lifts I would expect someone to offer help.
