Guests must check in at the property by CHECKING IN ONLINE with their identification documents (passport or ID) BEFORE 15hs on the day of arrival.This is done until 11:00 am. After this time, our cleaning services will be able to access the flat and prepare it for the next visitor. Remember that we can store your luggage in our Baggage room free of charge.
Check out after 11hs is considered a 'late check out' and will be charged an additional full day.
You can request a late check out and we will check if it can be done.The flat must be left in a reasonable condition, with dishes washed and rubbish collected and deposited in the street bins.Neighbours' rest should be respected from 10pm to 8am. This means not emitting loud sounds through electronic devices. Otherwise, Destino Sitges has the right to call the municipal authorities and cancel the reservation and pay a fine.This property is a smoke-free environment. Therefore, smoking is not permitted.
The consumption of alcoholic beverages by those under 21 years of age is illegal and will not be tolerated by the administration.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. If you are a local, you know that this location is very quiet and calm. You have everything essential next to you, butcher, bakery, supermarket (small), if you want bigger supermarket you need just to cross the train rails under the near bridge, which is less than an 8 minute walk, and you'll have abosultely everything. Right in front of the train station you'll find yourself walking through the "pueblo" and it will welcome you to discover the town. The stay was fantastic, it was really neat, had almost everything you needed. We were in the room in the first floor with interior patio view. The bedroom is very big and spacious, if you are not from Spain, prepare yourself for a different kind of pillow, mattress was a little bit on the uncomfortable side, we kept sinking to the middle, had to place a pillow in the middle to be able to "stay in place". Curtains blocked the sunlight pretty well in the morning, and open doors to the balcony from the bedroom as well. Sun kissed the balcony nearly all day long, no pool, it didn't matter, beach was 20 min walk away. Living room with a "sofa" on the hard side, a small coffe table and small TV. Kitchen had all the necessities. Bathroom, the host gave us small good brand toiletries, from Rituals, soap and body lotion which was great! Shower pressure was amazing, toilet very spacious, even a little too much. Since it was a big bathroom, would've made sense to have two sinks to have a better place to leave our own toiletries. They gave us a bottle of champagne with my name on it! Water in the fridge too!

- the apartment was well equipped with everyone you could need - nice personalized touches such as the complementary Prosecco bottle as a welcome gift - close proximity to the shops and cafes - peaceful and quiet surroundings - easy communication with the staff managing the property
