Clean comfortable and fresh room with a comfortable sized ensuite bathroom, great facilities onsite including ability to use the bikes to ride to Sirmione and excellent breakfast provided!

The hospitality and breakfast were excellent and it was nice to have bikes to explore Sirmione. The location was perfect for exploring either side of lake Garda. The hotel parking was hidden and very secure. It seemed to be a wonderful family operation.

The host is very friendly, the accomodation is very clean and cosy. Few minutes from almost everything in Sirmione. Parking is safe. The breakfast was brilliant. Price-value ratio is perfect.
