The property had a good location, overlooking the lake, stunning views. The area around the property was a little quiet but close enough to walk up to Sirmione, within the hour. The beds were very comfortable and the smart tv was good so we could connect to Netflix. The owners communication was great, very quick responses.

The place has (most) everything you need: the pool is clean and the lake is right outside the gate. The main street with the restaurants is a 3 minute walk away.

Everything. The location was perfect. The view of the lake magnificent. The communication from the owner was exceptional. Sirmione is one of our favorite places in Italy to just relax and soak up sun and beautiful views. Great for families. Will definitely recommend this place.
