The hotel is directly in the pedestrian area of Sirmione and right on the lake. Parking is organized at a parking area where cars still have access. An electric vehicle shuttle can be used to bring one to the hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located just through the bridge to the castle. The balcony looked over the lake to the west and has amazing views of the sunsetting. The ferry port is literally right outside and the staff were amazingly helpful. The spa is across the path and this was a real treat. Our room entitled us to 2 hours per day - just bliss. We bought a couples massage and it was a well spent 50minutes. You do need to book the spa in advance as it gets busy. The breakfast was included and with a good selection of hot and cold foods. Breakfast opening times are from 7.30 to 10.30.

Fantastic property in a great location on the lake and mins walk from the castle. Breakfast was really nice, providing everything you could want!

We had a lakeside room with a view, even though it was foggy, it was worth it. We also used the spa pools which was lovely for a chilly February morning. The village streets were quiet this time of year.
